Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Field Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
