Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Cobalt Auto Group is a Las Vegas company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
