Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Ember Manufacturing is a Las Vegas manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
