Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Haven Water Authority Partners operates treatment plants and pipelines around Las Vegas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
