Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Las Vegas with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
