Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Knoxville region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
