Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Linden Health Group is a healthcare provider in Knoxville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
