Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Ivory Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Knoxville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
