Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
