Rivermark Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
