Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright Granite Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
