Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Fox Medical Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
