Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
