Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Pike Manufacturing is a Jacksonville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
