Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Ashton Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Jacksonville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
