Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Westbrook Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Jacksonville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
