Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Jacksonville with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
