Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings is a Jacksonville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
