Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Iron Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Jackson. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
