Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Meadow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Jackson, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
