Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jackson, MS)

Silverline Orchard Freight is a Jackson logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
