Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Drift Inspection Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
