Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Timber Medical Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
