Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group Partners is a Indianapolis company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
