Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
