Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Ashton Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Indianapolis, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
