Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Houston, TX)

Summit Fern Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Houston. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
