Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Houston, TX)

Summit Oak Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Houston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
