Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Orchard Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Houston. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification.
