Cedar Union Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling.
