Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
