Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar West Freight is a Honolulu logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
