Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Ridge Community Partners is a nonprofit in Honolulu supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
