Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Yarrow Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Hartford. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
