Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Hartford, CT)

Greenridge Maple Water Authority Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data.
