Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Hartford focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
