Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Hartford, CT)

Cedar Basin Health runs clinics and patient services around Hartford, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
