Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across Fresno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
