Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Mill Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Fresno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 749 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
