Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Haven Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Fresno producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
