Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
