Lumen Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
