Project Coordinator - budget tracking (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Forge Inspection Services is an inspection company in El Paso with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
