Project Coordinator - budget tracking (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around El Paso, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
