Project Coordinator - budget tracking (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Mill Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in El Paso. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
