Project Coordinator - budget tracking (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around El Paso, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
