Project Coordinator - budget tracking (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
