Project Coordinator - budget tracking (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Loom Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
