Project Coordinator - budget tracking (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Fox Medical is a El Paso company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 363 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
