Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Stone Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
